Lately, I’ve been thinking of ways to make a greater impact on those who read these blogs. Over the past six months I have been working on so many parts of my business, working to correct, working to improve. I actually never stopped and looked back at the impact this blog has.
On Friday last week while on phone calls for some coaching to help me fix some things on this site, I missed a very important call. I looked at the number as the call came in and didn’t recognize it, so I kept on the Skype call I was currently taking, working on fixing the site.
The call I missed will be something I’ll be writing about again in the future: how a blog from the past prompted the person I was writing about at the time to call and arrange to meet me. All I can say is… “Think of some of the best pizza in America.”
In working on my business, I have been coaching so many people, both my VIP clients and those who buy the coaching packages that I offer when speaking at events. With the people I talk to I see so many ways to correct and grow businesses. Ways to build better entrepreneurs, thus making our world more successful.
I wanted to take a week of talking about the many ways we leave money on the table. You see, so many of the people I talk to only need to make one, maybe two adjustments and they could increase their income. Some increase it by $3,000 to $5,000 a month. Some increase by more. What would your life be if you received an increase like that?
Imagine that you are in a business making close to a half million dollars a year and you miss one little thing that could double your income. I know you’re all wondering what the secret is, you want me to tell you how. What is great is I could tell that secret to so many people, yet they would spend a million dollars working to build a business that makes only a half million. It was different in this case because my friend Richard already has the business set up.
To be able to move some of these people forward, they have to be doing something already. It is much easier to re-direct a moving car than to get it started rolling. I can help anyone find a great business idea and get started, but will they love it enough to keep moving with it a year later?
So in this week I’m going to share some ideas of areas that you might be able to add to improve your business and take some more of that money that your business may be leaving on the table.
