When it comes to finding your niche in this world you must find what you like first.
“When Van Halen started out, there was no path to fame. We just played what we liked. Even today it always comes down to the simplicity of rock and roll.”
~Eddie Van Halen
I have to repeat this so many times when speaking on stages, when hosting my own events, and when coaching clients to live the entrepreneur life. It’s as simple as Rock ‘n’ Roll, just like Eddie said. You have to play what you like.
If you are building a business just for the money, you have already failed. This past weekend, I heard Duff McKagan of Guns ‘n’ Roses say his greatest joy in life is now being with his family, doing what he loves to do. He loves this life with them now more than all those years of fame and money he found being on the road.
What will you do with your life? Where is your vision of success now? What do you love to do, and would you do it even if you were not paid?
I’m Tim Gillette, the Rocker Life Coach. It’s time to live your dream, find what you love to do and become highly profitable doing it. Are you ready to make changes to rock your 2013?
