Our week about “almost” is over and today is our last blog on the subject. We started with the idea of “almost” famous musicians. Now we’re moving on to bigger things. Last November, I gave a speech at a local event about how the world is “almost” over according to some.

Most of us never get to plan when our life is over. We know our day is over when we fall asleep and cannot stay awake anymore. For some that is how life goes, they fall asleep and life is over. We never know when that moment will come.

The examples used this week shared with you the fact that some will give up just before success comes and some of those will then have a hard time of regret because they gave up too soon.

Some, when they make that last chance, will finally make the effort that will make them stand out like a RockStar. Some will give up again because the signs are the same as in previous experiences. And we also talked about how we do not know how much that thing we give up on will cost us – it could be $1000 or it could cost you billions of dollars.

We never know, and that is the reason we must press on. If you feel yourself getting out of the comfort zone of life then that is a good thing. No great success ever comes inside your comfort zone.

So this week has come to an end, and our year has less than three months left. If you believe the Mayan calendar, well the world could be almost over. What have you done with your time? As I always say, if you are still living and breathing, your purpose is not fulfilled yet. It’s time to take it just another step further.

I’m Tim Gillette, the Rocker Life Coach. It’s time to live your dream to love what you do and those you share life with. Are you ready to take the next steps to be the RockStar in your world?
